Yorkshire building Society has recently launched a new two-year fixed rate cash ISA paying 3.35% interest.
The account can be opened with a minimum £100 up to the limit of £5,340.
NatWest has also promoting a two- year fixed rate paying 3.7%AER which closes on 30 September 2011. This account allows transfers.
For a non-ISA instant access savings account, Northern Rock's Saver Reward Account is hard to beat for no notice withdrawal account.
It pays 3.11% on balances of £1,000 to £100,000. This includes a 1.5% bonus for 12 months.

A new ISA from the Leeds Building Society is available paying 3.25% interest for one year.
The account can be opened with a £1 and customers have access to 25% of the funds at any time without giving notice or paying a penalty.
