Does anyone know the best rates at the moment?
I have a Nationwide fixed-rate ISA Bond maturing in July which paid 3.5% and need somewhere to place it.
Nationwide's current best deal ISA is an online (3.1%) account and I dont want to do online.

Have a look at Santander.
They recently launched a two-year fixed-rate Isa paying 3.7% on balances over £500.
The account can be operated by telephone or in branches and accepts transfers in.
Early access is permitted but subject to a penalty of 120 days loss of interest.

Not bad that one.
I hope it is available for a bit longer.

Currently, one of the the best rates on offer is Santander 123 current account.
This pays 3% on balances up to £20,000 held in a current account. (£600 a year at maximum!)
You must pay in at least £500 a month and have at least two direct debits set up for the account.
On the down side there is a £2 a month account fee but this is more than covered by the direct debits cash backs each month.
