Title: Selling home and buyer sees a problem

I am currently selling my home and am getting lowballed by a potential buyer. He brought up a concern that might actually be a problem though and that is why I am here.
The home inspection I had done on the home 3 years ago didn't mention this as being a problem and I do remember it being present at the time. It hasn't gotten any worse over the years. Was wanting to know if anyone can tell me what might be the issue and is there concern. The pictures I have attached to this posting show what it happening.

I have a large window on the split level home I own. The exterior wall seems to be bowing inward. Keeping in mind this the interior of Alaska where there is permafrost, and temperatures reach -50 degrees, is there justifiable concern. There is no leaks in the walls or on the interior carpet, the window is not cracked and I see no dry rot on the window frame. What do you think.

Timber moves as it gets wet and dries out.
In the extremes of Alaska, there is also temperature deviations between inside and out.
As it is watertight, I would leave it to your buyer's surveyor to pick it up or not, and negotiate on the selling price accordingly.
