Refurbish your old house

If you want to sell your house and want to buy a new house, then refurbish your current house and then sell it on for a good price

Yes exactly. The point is  to sell at a good price you'll need to do a lot of hard work like renovation and redecoration so that buyers will be attracted to your property.

The greatest trick is to find a property you can add value to in the first place. Especially if you're a first time buyer. It's frustrating that many property developers will buy up all the prime bricks and mortar capable of producing good returns.

If you are adding value you are a "property developer"  as Sarah Beeny would describe one.
