Title: Delays contribute to the stress of buying a new home.

According to a survey by conveyancers 1st Property Lawyers, 50% of those selling and buying a home say the most frustrating part of the process is the length of time it takes to buy a new home.

38% of home buyers said that delays in the period to exchange of contracts were a major cause of stress.
27% said that Estate Agents  failed to keep them sufficiently informed.
