Buy to Let on the increase
« on: June 04, 2011, 09:15:42 am »
With fewer people able to buy their own home now due to the high deposits required, I expect renting is the only option.
The buy to let investors will probably start to underpin the housing market once a certain level is reached.

But it will be while before the bottom is reached.
The Buy-to-Let this time will be by Property Investment funds not individuals imo.

I agree that people are left with no choice but to rent. It can been seen land values never depreciate .
The Buy-to-Let industry would surely be a hit  and renting businesses also.
