Yet again Bovis Homes are offering buyers "bribes" this time in the form of vouchers to legally complete before Christmas.  Last year the company hit a new low for the industry by handing out £3,000 payments to buyers in return for them legally completing on houses that were far from being finished just so it could inflate their year-end completion figures.

This years "offer" from Bovis  Ho Ho Ho!

I found a post by a Bovis buyer who was completing before Christmas asking for the vouchers.
Bovis told them they already had a better "deal" which also included "free" carpets and turf which was worth more than the vouchers.

It applies to the stick houses that have fallen through after buyers pull out, or certain plots on a development that no one wants to buy!

All buyers would be better asking for £20,000 discounts. Around now, they would get them!
