It comes to something when Bovis' own sales advisors are warning people not to go to Bovis to buy a new home!

And no wonder, if that is the way they leave the estate roads for their customers.  Perhaps CEO David Ritchie should be reflecting on this as he counts his huge bonus this Christmas  - assuming he even gives a dam!
