Title: Bovis Homes pre tax profit soars 69% during 2012

Bovis Homes recorded a 69% increase in pre tax profit of £54.1million on a turnover of £425.5million for the year to 31 December 2012.
This was a result of a 15% increase in the number of legal completions
- a total of 2,355 homes sold in 2012 and a 5% increase in the average selling price to £170,700.
